Dr Shaimaa is a GP specialist family physician and Fellow of the RACGP. She is a highly experienced medical professional with a diverse and international career, spanning nearly two decades. Since earning her medical degree in 2004, she has practised medicine across multiple countries, including Australia, where she has become a trusted and respected figure in healthcare.
Dr Shaimaa has worked in various capacities as a Career Medical Officer (CMO) across different departments at local hospitals in Newcastle, Australia, such as:
• General Medicine and Medical Oncology at Calvary Mater Hospital
• Emergency Medicine at John Hunter Hospital and Tomaree Hospital

Bulk billing applies to routine consultations for those who meet the following criteria only:
65 years or older AND hold a valid Pension Card
Children 12 years and under.
Fees apply for all procedures / Skin Checks etc.
All out-of-hours appointments after 5:30pm are privately billed and will attract a $10 Surcharge.
Payment is to be made at the time of consultation.
Eftpos Facilities & Medicare Claiming is available on site.
